About Sortod

Help good businesses look as good online as they actually are.

Sortod began with a simple observation: strong local businesses often look weaker than competitors online for reasons that have little to do with the quality of their real work.

Where Sortod started

A bench, some fries, and a very ordinary problem.

Sortod started when two friends were sitting on a bench, eating fries, and talking about something surprisingly common: great local businesses losing attention simply because they were difficult to find, poorly represented, or badly managed online.

What began as a casual conversation became a simple idea — help good businesses look as good online as they actually are.

That idea became Sortod.

What we believe

Being good should be easier to see.

01

Discovery is part of service

Customers cannot value what they cannot find.

02

Clarity builds trust

Specific, useful information beats marketing theatre.

03

The journey matters

Every platform should make the next decision easier.

04

Results need context

A metric matters when it changes a business decision.

05

Good partnerships compound

We build systems people can understand and keep improving.

06

Honesty is a visibility tool

The right answer may be a smaller scope or a different priority.

Mission

Competitive online visibility should not require a huge internal team.

We give local businesses practical access to the systems, design, search, listing, reputation, and measurement expertise needed to improve their complete online presence.

Vision

Build the long-term visibility partner local businesses can keep.

Sortod is designed to work across platforms and over time — improving the connected presence instead of completing isolated tasks and disappearing.

A young company with a long view

Built deliberately from day one.

2024

Sortod takes shape around the bench-and-fries idea.

2025

The service system expands across reputation, local discovery, web, SEO, and acquisition.

2026

A unified presence model connects strategy, delivery, and client visibility.

Next

Build lasting partnerships with strong local businesses across markets.

The people

Small enough to stay close. Experienced enough to see the system.
